A while back I saw that Groupon had half price tickets to Dewberry Farms. I didn't know too much about it but had heard that it was a fun place for kids. Ashleigh saw it too and we decided to both buy tickets and go. We redeemed it this past weekend and it was a ton of fun! Saturday was a beautiful cool, clear day. There were slides, hay rides, petting zoo, pony rides etc. Kevin and I had fun going down the slides and jumping on the jumping pillows too. We were a little bit stiff later in the day though because we are getting a little too old for things like that. Hopefully Groupon will offer that deal again next year.
Sunday we drove to Reagan, TX to the Laird's farm. We have been talking about doing this for a while and finally found a date that the whole Neville clan could get together and go. We had a lot of fun out there too. Sarah made some chili and hot dogs and we all brought some food to share. The kids had a fun time running around the property. We went for a drive around it and saw the 4 horses that are living there. Nolan didn't want to get out of the car though he was content to watch them from the window. We attempted to get a picture of all the grand kids with Nanna and Poppie but I am not quite sure if we got a good one. Nolan definitely did not want to cooperate. Nolan slept the entire drive home. Henry snoozed on and off.
After our busy weekend we joked that we had to go back to work to get some rest.
